Alerts

An alert will stop a member from entry into the club.  Alerts are generally more critical situations where the member needs to talk to someone at the front desk.

• To enter a member alert while viewing a member’s record click Alert or select Alert from the Member menu.

The Enter Alert window has a pre-filled list on the right so you can choose from often-used alerts.  (See Pre-Filled Lists.)
